Absolutely the best dental practice I've ever been to. My entire experience there has been wonderful. Beautiful office, fantastic staff, love Dr. Nail, he's the best, love the TV's in every room, the latest equipment. I highly recommend it to everyone, old, young, and for all kinds of treatments.
Dr. Nail was very nice. My tooth is not restorable when I went for doing the crown today. Neither of us expect that. He made a temporary crown for my tooth and did not charge me. He also recommended me to find the one who did dental canal for me since that should not be done in the first place. He really tried to help and save me money. I appreciate his kindness. The assistant and ladies from the front desk are also very nice and supportive. All in all, even though it was my first visit there, I was very impressed.
He and his staff are the best in the business.
I love how they took an hour just to do a consult to find out what was needed and how well they explained everything was exceptional. Rare find!
And especially my highest praise goes to Hope for her amazing skills at cleaning my teeth. She's the best I've ever seen. If your teeth need extra special care, Hope is your best bet. She is a gifted professional with a charming personality. Everyone there is like that, the best, brightest, most pleasant, and professional. If you ever need a dental practice where you feel totally relaxed and you know that you'll never have a worry, please go to Dr. Nail's office.
After my longtime dentist retired, I decided to try Athens Oconee Dentistry based on their Google and Facebook reviews. I went in for my first visit with Dr. Nail this week and was very pleased. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well kept, and the TVs over the exam chairs are a nice added bonus (I would imagine that especially applies to children, which I will find out next week when I bring my oldest two for their cleanings). Overall it was a very pleasant (even relaxing) experience. If you're "in the market" for a dentist, Athens Oconee Dentistry is definitely worth a look.
Staff takes great care from administrative, dental hygienists, and Dr. Nail. I have high dental anxiety and needed several fillings and crowns. They worked with my work schedule, were patient with the anxiety, and forthcoming with laying out a dental plan. I even got sick for two weeks and they did not encourage me to come in sick nor did they make it difficult to reschedule once I recovered. They truly have their patients and employees best interest in mind. Professional at all times. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care in the Athens area!
Coming from someone who has spent A LOT of money on dental work, this guy doesn't try to milk you for more money. He truly wants for your mouth to be healthy and he cares for his patients. I can't say enough good things about this practice! If you are needing any restoration work needed, he is your guy!
