They tried to put back on but it was too damaged. .I called owner Matt Becker who asked for pictures. I sent them to him and he said he videos the carwash and would look at mine and get back to me.
Usually very clean and efficient. However, today is Thursday and I went by at 5pm and it was closed?@# Hours are supposedly 9-7pm. What is up...beautiful weather 74 degrees.
I'm generally ok with this place, but I just had a terrible experience. I went in this week for a quick wash to get a layer of pollen off, and there must have been some grit on their hand brushes because one guy working there put some terrible scratches on the hood of my truck. I'd definitely have to say beware of this place. And I hate that because I've gone in the past with no problems, but I don't think I will go back.
Never called and will not answer my calls or messages. I ordered the part from nisaan and it cost $120.00. Then found out bumper must be removed to replace so another $55.00 in labor.

I paid $6.00 for a carwash that cost me $175.00 out of pocket. While vacuuming after carwash, I noticed the black wheel valance was missing off of my right tear tire. The guys that work there went in and brought it to me off the carwash floor. It was ripped off with all of the clips on the floor as well.
WARNING!!! .If you have any moldings that are not permanently attached to your car do not use ECOWASH DETAIL CENTERS.
Great service and good job on cleaning the bugs on the front end of my car after 3,500 miles driven from California. Gave the kid $2 tip and he was shocked cause no one ever tip him before. Haha.
