If you find an employee that does a good job for you, make sure to get their name. Request them each time you visit. Place has abnormally high turnover, thus resulting in inconsistent service. College-town, I understand the turnover. I just would advise to plan with that in mind should you choose to be a repeat customer.
I have a 12 passenger van that is always a mess! I joke that we could survive off the crumbs from the van for a week if needed! I have always been very happy with the service I get. I just get the inexpensive wash and vacuum, and it comes out great! Much better than I could do given my busy schedule. I recommend this to all my mom friends.
In a word, terrible. I took a used car I recently purchased over here for a wash, detail and smoke treatment. The car was cleaned okay (not great) outside, although no one bothered to take a brush to any of the trim to knock out dust/grime buildup. The "detail" looked like a once-over with some interior cleaner. I could rub my finger over interior surfaces like the dash and armrests after they finished and still get crud off, not to mention that I'm pretty sure they didn't do anything at all in door pockets, under seats, etc. We had to clean the car ourselves after we got it back. The smoke treatment was ineffective because they sprayed it into the cabin air intake without removing the cabin air filters, which are activated charcoal...ummm, duh? The detail guy tells me that removing filters is an extra charge and not usually done for a smoke treatment. Really!? How can you do a treatment if no product reaches the interior of the car? I found the same product they used online for $10 a can and did it myself with pretty good results. Did 3 liberal treatments and haven't used the first can up yet. Smell is over 95% gone now. Each treatment took about 5 mins, including removing and replacing the filters. Total bill for all this non-service was supposed to be $170, which I'd have been happy to pay for a real cleaning job on the car. I'd have paid $200 plus the smoke treatment if the work had all been meticulously and competently done. As is, I'll be dead before they get paid for basically trying to rip me off. If there was any competition in the market around here, this place would have been gone years ago.
Never again! I have been coming to Bulldog for years because they used to be the best Car wash around. However, I was there Saturday Oct 1 2017, and the 30.00 wash I got was terrible. They took an hour and a half to finish, and when I got on the road there were streaks all over all of the windows. The console still had coffee and soda on it. I could have cleaned the inside myself and paid 10.00 at Grand Slam in Buford , and gotten a lot better deal/wash. If this is what BCW has come too, they have lost a long time customer. I will not be back.
Really great customer service and management. I took my car in for a wash and upon arriving home noticed that my cars antenna cover was missing. Called them and asked about it and they called me back 10 minutes later stating they found it. They reattached it for me and handled the whole situation really well. I appreciate the great work they're doing!
