I just ordered from here and the food was cold by the time it got here two hours later which I wasn't mad about the time I just don't like cold food! I also ordered the cheesecake with the berry sauce, BUT it came with chocolate sauce, I really don't like chocolate. They told me it would take another half hour in order to get some sauce! I tipped 15% but I suppose that doesn't matter. All I wanted was an apology but I didn't get that so I'll never order from Locos again!
Wow. I wish I would have had a lil more cash to tip on top of the one I put on my card. I just now got my order delivered to my hotel room and when I say my fries are hot... I have to blow on them. My sand is amazing as well! And it's almost 11 pm!
I ordered delivery while I stayed at a hotel in the area. The food was hot and delicious, especially the cheesecake!
Stopped in for dinner and a few drinks while visiting some famiy. We sat at the bar and we're greeted quickly. Our food and drinks arrived quickly and we're as ordered. However, several of the waitresses were yelling from the kitchen to the point where we couldn't hear each other talking at the bar. The waitress that was the most obnoxious consistently yelled across the bar at either the other employees or locals. This was obviously very annoying but there did not seem to be any management around to correct the issue. Her volume continued to rise to the point that i assumed she was either on a narcotic or intoxicated by liquor. Food tasted pretty good and the bartender was attentive....just wish the waitress respected everyone else there
I would recommend this restaurant for delicious, hot delivery, when you want yumminess without leaving your home or hotel. I know I will order again next time I visit. Yum!
Staff is friendly enough. Food quality is poor. Cleanliness in the details and in general is gross. The food quality has suffered at all Locos since franchising, and not just a little.
The order was delivered quickly, and the delivery person was delightful! I even received a bonus piece of cheesecake, which I was able to share with my friend who also loves cheesecake!
