The people at the Student Accounts office are very rude. I've tried to settle an outstanding balance that was not my fault and the lady that I talked to directed me to another number in the middle of a conversation. I expect better service from a school that I am paying a lot of money to go to.
This is very big public university but if you look at their financial services and websites you may think this is a local high school. All financial services are messy, unorganized, hard to find targeted things you want. It seems supervision is done by naive people. Student account is totally full of craps. It is because university make money but does not pay well to their employee, especially who are not faculty members. Take care those people then you can expect good services.
