The staff was very helpful!!! I made a mistake when renting the unit online and they went out of their way to help me. They were very understanding, friendly and had great customer service. The unit was very clean and easily accessible. The monthly rates are very fair and they offer month to month contracts. I had a great experience renting from storage mart on industrial boulevard in Athens, GA.

The facility was very nice and very clean - Jack was helpful and efficient in setting up all of the paperwork and directing me to the unit. Moreover, at the end of the few months of using the facility he was terrific in helping vacate the unit and tidy up the paperwork
Clean, affordable, but 24/7 access listed on their site is simply false. There is also no listing indicating when "normal" access hours are.
These guys are THE BEST in Athens. Always pleasant to work with and I've never had a problem. As a young woman it's important to store my things somewhere safe that I can access whenever necessary and this place is just that. It's well lit and secure. But the highlight of this particular location is the guys that you'll work with. They are wonderful and always make you feel like a top priority.
