Horrible people managing. Absolute worst human being I've come in contact with. Do NOT rent here neighborhood is nice enough but management ruins what could be a pleasant place to live.
Gated community
Don't act like you can find a more upscale neighborhood. This place is safer and more exclusive than anywhere athens has to offer. Clean, secure with full perimeter fencing, keypad gate at front entrance with spike strip to prevent driving thru the exit, cleanest public pool anywhere, etc.
