Absolutely racist and disorganized. They will publicly lie and claim that an assault is not enough to file a police report because it happened on private property. Officer Jablonski will make sure that there is absolutely nothing you can do as he wil butcher the law, stretch the truth and make sure that he can incriminate you as much as possible.
