I have been using this pharmacy for 11+ years. I've always had friendly & efficient service. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and approachable if you have questions. They are a very busy pharmacy so having your doctor call it in or dropping it off and doing some shopping is best.
I haven't used a lot of pharmacies to compare this one to, but compared to the East side of Athens Kroger pharmacy this Sam's club pharmacy is about as slow as mountains growing....and not open on Sunday. I wouldn't use it if I had another pharmacy that was as easily accessible.
