The staff is very helpful, in terms of helping you find things, and loading your car.
They've always got cool animals. Large selection, good prices, nice staff
I am glad they hold adoption fairs regularly, and when they were the only game in town, I was pleased to have them a mile and a half away.
I shop here only when I have to- for cat furniture, drinking and kibble dispensers, and flea - tick drops on sale.
They have pretty much everything you could need. I found a hood for a 29 gallon that I've been looking for. They also have an excellent selection of fish, healthy reptiles, beautiful betta fish, and probably the biggest selection of pet food I could possibly find. Also anything they don't have, they may be able to order in for you. The staff is really friendly and helpful, so all around I would definitely recommend it.
Their food is outrageously overpriced, unless they get a wild hair and run some sort of sale that brings them down to almost grocery store prices.
But oy, with the prices, already!
Horrible experience at this store. I found a good price on a critter cage at a pet supplies plus store in another city. So I spoke with the manager on the phone and she assured me that they could match the price of the other store. So I made the 40 minute trip to the store (my lunch break from my 16 hour shift) and spoke to the same manager at checkout that I spoke with on the phone. She said that she could not match the price because blah blah blah. THAT'S WHY I CALLED BEFORE I WENT TO THE STORE. I wish i could have got the blah blah blah on the phone instead of a lie.
This is usually the store I go to. I like the self service dog wash stalls. Employees are generally nice.
