Towing cars with no signs stated that cars will be towed, only to return from dinner with an attendant awaiting you at 9:00 PM informing you your car is towed, but it was $5 to park. Granted, the attendant was not there when initally parked. They are running an immoral business and quite hypocritical they are the parking management company of a church
I have never experienced such horrible customer service. If I could give a worse rating I would. They are the most rude, condescending and entitled represtitives and managers I have ever spoken to. There is only one person that has been helpful, by the name of Jake. Other than that, horrible. Not only were they hot headed and not helpful they also had the audacity to throw the name of the University of Georgia through the mud by comparing their daughters education to our "terrible university and terrible lifestyle". All I am is a resident of downtown Athens and wanted to resolve a simple payment issue with them and they had automatically said I was being over the top and not negotiable even though I just wanted to pay them to resolve the issue. At the point that the decided to come and help my car at the Oconee Street lot, the man by the name of "spence" told me I had pretty eyes and decided to hit on me. Talk about unprofessional. As a person in the service industry I do not appreciate being spoken to or treated like this as a paying customer. I would suggest never parking with them until they get new employees or new management.
The "attendant" cursed at me and yelled at me. He also accused me of not paying, even though I did" because I was black. He also charged at me
This is a joke of an organization who skates along the margins of ethics and legality. Prestige parking failed to put a sign in front of their parking lot, failed to have an attendant collect money for parking, but successfully towed my car without any explanation. The attendant who miraculously appeared once I returned, after an hour, refused to speak with me or give me his bosses number. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
