My experience with 5 guys today and they last 2 times they burgers were so small that today it like it was cut in half
Want to but a burger, than Grill down town is another story.
Staff is always nice, clean facility, but the 5 guys franchise is just another version of steak and shake or Freddy's. You can make a cheaper better burger at home with little effort.
The service was exquisite and the food was divine. I had the time of my life. Samuel was the best server I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with.
Food is always good, but the cashier is horribly rude and unprofessional. If a customer forgets to tell you the desired fixings for a burger, do NOT rudely demand they tell you. Politely ask them at the end of their ordering. Also, glaring at your customers while they are seated does not encourage them to come back, regardless how good the food tastes.
There wasn't much h to it. My husbands was fine. We love 5 GUYS Joan
They did a great job and running a tight shift here. Exmployees made it great.
