a disgrace. how do you expect those that are elderly and disabled to access your building safely. great garage parking for staff (let me guess, they have an elevator too?) who could walk to the building but no safe parking for those you serve.

This is the most ridiculous place! Parking is insane! It looks like a toddler created the plans for this space! Forget about being handicap accessible!
Handicap people have to park in the back and walk all the way around the building to enter while employees can go up one of the handicap ramps located in the back right by the handicap parking. I have complained every time I have had to visit and they don't care one bit. I have watched elderly people using walkers, others pushing oxygen tanks struggling to walk around the building in 94º degree weather. Part of the walkway around the building is not even paved instead there are pavers leaving gaps large enough to trip someone using a cane or walker. They should remodel so that the employees walk around the building to enter and the people that visit SS use the handicap ramp in the back by the parking to enter. After all it is mostly people that are disabled that the SS office is mainly used for.
