I went to order a live orchid, which they didn't have and gave me the name and number of their supplier to call who did delivery. As i couldn't reach the grower, I called Petals back to order a flower arrangement. They were so helpful and even had the driver call me, which i didn't ask for, after he delivered them to let me know they were there... safe and sound!
I ordered flowers to be be sent to my mom's school for her birthday and they were beautiful! They gave a window of delivery from 10 am-12 pm and I got a phone call at 10:45 am saying that they had been delivered and who they left them with at the front office. I also got a picture from my mom of they flowers and they were even prettier than in the picture online! I will definitely use Petals on Prince again!! GREAT JOB!
