Terrible customer service with absolutely no regards for customer satisfaction.
I rented a truck and car dolly from this location, after hearing of all the horrible reviews I wanted to make sure I didn't get stuck so I called and called and called and never got a person on the line. The day of the pickup I realized I needed a smaller 16 foot truck which they had plenty of at the time, but instead they charged me for the 24 foot truck I reserved which is against budget policy. They never did a safety inspection on the truck which would've saved me from a broken dolly, when I realized the dolly was broken on one of the tire straps I called them, and to no avail they never picked up. Luckily I am mechanically handy and was able to rig it to work, had it been someone else they might've lost their car because of this offices lack of care. I'd give them negative stars if I could. Over charged and broken equipment. I called the main budget number and filed a complaint, I doubt this woman will ever be fired. Shady company, shady employees.
Not worth a star. Had an issue with getting credit card situation resolved. Was waiting in parking lot working to get it resolved, and Lynn called the police on us to get us off of the property. Lynn never asked us to leave, she just called the cops. Cops thought it was mean and not a reason. Showed cops we was verified red cross fire victims with flight booked in Tampa, showed them proof we had rented through Budget multiple times. We left and got a rental from another budget location no problem. Reported Lynn to corporate.
Terrible customer service. I'm only giving a one star because there's no option for zero.
