At least you can be a less chicken and say no directly to me and stop waste my time since I asked that question at very beginning. However you did not, I doubled you will do that the same to other American people. I feel that you discriminate against me and my family, which I never felt in the 7 years I stayed in the States.
I understand Asian foreigners are usually push-overs in the States, but I am sorry, I am not such kind person. At least, I can leave a google comment online to remind all Asians, file a complaint on you through BOA, and tell ALL my friends about what you did to me.
The female banker (forget the name) there is the rudest banker I had even talked to. She refused to open an account for my parents, because I asked if I can help them to deal with their account when they are out of the States. She said no, you can not. It is fine I understand that. As foreigners, my parents did asked a lot of questions, and translated by me, at the end she said: "sorry I have another appointment, the bank representant can help you open your account." Then, the representant asked if you have any questions, then I said no. let us open the account now, please!". Then, the representant told that “because I am going to help my parents, who did not know english. to set up the bank account, they can not help to open it!"
Mostly pleasant experience! Nice employees which understood me perfectly.
I was trying to cash the check (BOA) that was issued from my client, and I was told by the clerk that it has to verify it. And she told me that I have to wait about one hour before I can see its manager and told me to sit. Guess what? There was no place to sit down, and also there are about 10 people in front of me who are waiting for various reasons. I learn something though: DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!!
What a chicken banker who is afraid to speak to her own customer! How professional that is! Ok, then I brought my parents who were very disappointed to another branch and open account with no problem!
I am sincerely considering to close all my BOA accounts and go to Wells fargo which is opening at Oct. next door to this BOA branch.
Today my paycheck became stuck inside of the ATM to no fault of our own, but instead a machine malfunction. When my husband went inside to ask the bank tellers for help, they told him they were "too busy" and "could not help him". At no point did anyone reach out to assist us in any way. We have now been on hold for 30 minutes with the ATM help line and still have had no help or resolution. The disregard for my money by this company and this location has me very unsatisfied.
Very rude staff. I asked if they had a public bathroom they yelled at me and my guest and said no. I also asked for a notary they were clueless and told me I would have to wait and once I was helped they lady didn't want to put her contact info on the notary for me. I will never visit this branch again. This place needs to be shut down. Now I see why everyone is banking with Wells Fargo.
