This bank has been nothing but good to me. I hate to see so many negative reviews while all I have had was good experiences. I have had some issues that David and Jill didn't even hesitate to assist with. Local and small town banking can sometimes be a good thing. When you walk in the door and you are recognized it means alot.
I spent 30 minutes trying to cash a check from a customer and still didn't get cashed.she wouldn't even call my customer. Had to drive from Athens ga to Hartwell ga to cash..THANKS Hartwell brach..This branch is lacking management

Terrible bank, waited an hour just to hear that they couldn't cash a cashiers check. Useless...
